Due to significant growth, we are looking to expand our team to include a part-time Event Coordinator for the Americas and a part-time Client Service Associate. The Americas Event Coordinator will work closely with the Americas Director, 100WF staff and Americas volunteers to support the delivery of on-the-ground programming for 100WF’s registered members across the organization’s Education pillar. The Client Service Associate will assist with nurturing long-term relationships with corporate sponsors and work closely with our Global Partnership Manager to ensure customers are satisfied with our services, which in turn enables us to grow the organisation and invest in initiatives that will change the demographics of the industry in line with our guiding vision, Vision 30/40.

Americas Event Coordinator (Part-Time):
Position Description
Reporting to the Director, Americas, this individual will provide a range of duties to support programming and events in the Americas:
- Support Americas Director, coordinate with 100WF volunteer committee members and staff, hosts and speakers, to ensure that 100WF global standards for quality, policy alignment and frequency are met
- Actively manage the 100WF events calendar and event invitations in the organizations proprietary Event Management System (EMS)
- Facilitate invitation language with 100WF’s Editor to ensure consistent messaging and global branding
- Oversee event invitation data pertaining to panelists, hosts, sponsors, logos, and other logistics
- Manage RSVP process and attendee email inquiries
- Preparation of event flyers for social media and coordinate social media posts with marketing team, staff and event leads
- Onboard new committee volunteers and train on 100WF systems and processes
- Attend in-person programming in the city of residence when needed.
Position Qualifications
- Strong preference for familiarity with 100 Women in Finance programming
- Strong communication and writing skills and attention to detail
- Desirable; familiarity with the finance / alternative investment industry
- Ability to collaborate with volunteers and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
- A passion and connection for the 100 Women in Finance mission
- Must have a home office with proximity to a 100WF location city and be able to attend events and meetings during the day and evenings as needed
- English fluency
- Undergraduate degree required
- Candidate must secure and manage all relevant work visas and business licenses
- Ability to multitask and work well with a team
Compensation and location
- This is a part time US based employee role with hourly compensation
- Remote working from a home office with some in person event attendance is expected
Client Service Associate (Part-Time):
Position Description
Reporting to the Global Partnerships Manager, this individual will perform a range of activities to nurture long-term relationships with corporate sponsors. In this role, you will assist the Global Partnership Manager to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. Your goal will be to help us safeguard our revenue and retain our sponsors which in turn enables us to grow the organisation and invest in initiatives that will change the demographics of the industry in line with our guiding vision, Vision 30/40. Core responsibilities will include:
- Assist with mailings to corporate sponsor firms
- Help to manage the membership roster of corporate sponsors
- Verify that corporate sponsors are properly attributed on the website and within gala programs
- Ensure that contact information and corporate sponsor details are up to date in Hubspot package details are properly recorded in our priority record system
- Assist with reporting requests for corporate sponsors as required
- Maintain a master corporate sponsor spreadsheet to reconcile with COO master financial statements
- Work with marketing team to ensure that new corporate sponsors are included in the monthly monitor and logos are collected from the sponsor
- Liaise with IT monthly to ensure the website correctly reflects the master corporate sponsor spreadsheet on the website
- Keep apprised of upcoming events and opportunities that might be of interest to our corporate sponsors
- Join meetings with corporate sponsors as needed
Position Qualifications
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot)
- A customer-oriented attitude and attention to detail
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work well with a team
- Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial
- Able to act quickly and autonomously
- English fluency
