Education Session No. 1087
Women as Financial Services Executives and Customers

Did you know that ignoring women as potential clients and employees could cost the financial services industry $700 billion in revenue per year?

According to the Women in Financial Services 2020 report, the industry needs to address the issue through multiple approaches. Many recognize the progress made, and others are eager to accelerate hiring women and their promotion to achieve gender balance. Some observe financial products are geared more toward male customers.

Bring your questions as issues of product design, career advancement and corporate leadership take the floor in a 360-degree view of women’s place in the financial services industry.

Following the discussion, continue the conversation as you network over drinks and canapes.
