On 27 November, 100 Women in Finance’s Milan Committee hosted an appreciation dinner at Palazzo Bocconi to recognise the speakers at 100WF events whose contributions have played a key role in shaping 100WF’s programming in Milan. The event, organized with the support of W Executive and BlackRock, provided an opportunity to reflect on the quality of the conversations, initiatives and collaborations developed throughout the year.
Opening remarks were delivered by the Milan Co-Chairs Elise Auer and Giorgia Pozzoli, who highlighted the growing impact of 100WF’s Milan location. They noted that the strength of the community lies not only in the events themselves, but also in the exchanges that take place around them: constructive discussions, professional introductions, and the willingness to share experience and perspective with generosity and depth.
