Feb 13, 2025

(NEW YORK, FEB. 13, 2025)100 Women in Finance (“100WF”), a global non-profit dedicated to empowering professionals in the finance industry, has announced the successful fundraising outcome of its 11th annual Cayman Islands Gala. The event, held at the Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa on February 7, 2025, brought together more than 150 leaders from the financial services sector.

Additional proceeds will go towards providing scholarships for aspiring students pursuing careers in finance.

With over 800 registered members and more than 50 dedicated volunteers, 100WF maintains a strong and vibrant presence in the Cayman Islands. The organization, alongside its Cayman committees, continues to set impactful goals that support these initiatives and further its growth within the region.

“It was a privilege to be part of this year’s annual Cayman Gala and to share with the community our exciting plans to introduce the Global LaunchMe Mentorship Program to the Island,” said Kellan Brown, Chief Operating and Chief Development Officer at 100 Women in Finance. “When we first launched the Global LaunchMe Mentorship Program, our vision was to create a meaningful initiative that would connect and empower individuals around the world. Today, LaunchMe is proud to support a global network that has positively impacted over 1,000 lives. We’re excited to bring this transformative program to early-career professionals in person.”
