Saleha Osmani, Founder and Managing Director of Falconbridge Advisors, is a distinguished finance professional with over 20 years of experience. Her work involves strategic advisory for private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds, focusing on expansion in the Gulf region. Her consultancy expertise includes working with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and endowments in the Middle East, with a notable emphasis on alternative investment strategies.
Saleha has made significant contributions to institutional investment banking, especially in the alternatives sector, becoming the youngest female Managing Director at Société Générale where she led the Abu Dhabi office. Globally recognized among the top 50 women in hedge funds, she is a strong advocate for diversity in finance and co-heads the Middle East location of 100 Women in Finance.
Saleha holds a Master’s degree in Global Diplomacy and is a dedicated mother, residing in Dubai with her two daughters, where she seamlessly balances her demanding professional life with family responsibilities.
