Paula Sweis is an American entrepreneur, advisor and financial professional from Los Angeles. She is Founder and Principal of SILVERWEISS International, a financing and strategic advisory company. Started in 2019 after consulting on main street, SILVERWEISS focus is on alternative financing and advisory for middle market.
Prior she worked in corporate entertainment for several large Hollywood Studios, as well as asset management for the fixed income and commodities sectors.
Sweis was named on the Forbes Next 1000 list of 2021. SILVERWEISS, was awarded The Stevie’s Startup of the Year of 2022 by the American Business Awards. She is a board member for the University of California, Riverside design thinking program, and advisory council for Harvard Business Review.
She was recently interviewed by the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center where she discusses the role her firm plays in the finance community.
