Concurrently, 100WF announces the completion of terms of service on December 31, 2022 of Board members Diana Cantor, current Board Chair; Elaine Crocker, current Board Vice Chair; Judith Posnikoff, current Board Secretary; and Jennifer Dunn; and the appointment on January 1, 2023 of Carole Crawford as Board Chair, Barbara Novick as Board Vice Chair, Sarah Dyer Dana as Board Secretary and Michelle Morris as Board Treasurer.
100WF announces two co-chairs, Kristin Mott and Paige Scott, for its Global Council and thanks Christina Bodden for her leadership and expansion of the Global Council and the Founding members. In coordination with the 100WF Global Association Board and CEO and staff, the Global Council will leverage the knowledge, wisdom and experience of long-standing volunteers to serve as ambassadors of 100WF’s key pillars throughout all regions of the world in which the organization operates. Kristin Mott is Managing Partner at Amberlake Capital based in Connecticut and Paige Scott is Senior Partner, Global Head of Asset Management Practice, at Kingsley Gate Partners in San Francisco.
Amy Flikerski is Managing Director, Head of External Portfolio Management at CPP Investments, based in London. Prior to joining CPP Investments in 2012, she was a Senior Analyst at Highbridge Capital Management and Talpion Fund Management in New York. Amy was involved in hedge fund manager evaluation, selection and research as an Associate at PAAMCO, and gained investment experience at Moon Capital Management, an emerging markets long/short equity fund, and JGP Gestão de Recursos, a Rio de Janeiro-based macro fund. Amy began her career as a Senior Associate in the High Yield group at Moody’s Investors Service and has worked in the U.S., UK, Brazil, Canada and Hong Kong. Amy holds a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is on the board of Elis SA, an international multi-service provider.
Sherri Rossoff is a Managing Director at RockCreek, one of the largest women-and diverse-owned global investment firms that invests sustainably and inclusively across all strategies for institutional investors. She has been responsible for many aspects of firm-wide business, serving on the Management Committee and as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Previously, she was senior counsel at the World Bank where she concentrated on asset management and provided technical assistance to central banks. Ms. Rossoff was one of the founding members of the DC Chapter of 100WF and has served as the Chair of the Markets Advisory Council of the Council of Institutional Investors. She is an active supporter of a variety of not-for-profit groups focusing on inclusion, and is on the Board of Sasha Bruce Youthwork, one of the largest providers of services to youth in Washington, DC. Ms. Rossoff earned her law degree from New York University School of Law and her BA in Economics and Political Science, summa cum laude, from Queens College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Heather N. Wyckoff is a Partner with the Investment Management Group at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP (SRZ). She focuses her practice on advising private investment funds and has provided comprehensive legal services to institutional and emerging asset managers, proprietary trading firms, family offices and financial institutions on a wide range of issues. Ms. Wyckoff has been published in several SRZ reports as well as other outside financial publications. She has participated in numerous speaking engagements on various topics related to investing, as both a panelist and guest lecturer. Ms. Wyckoff earned her law degree from Fordham University School of Law and her AB from Dartmouth College.
