Financial services professional with 19 years of tier one investment bank and trading platform experience in e-commerce, sales, marketing, origination, strategy development and implementation. A strong communicator and relationship builder, tenacious, highly collaborative, and commercial. Worked at Goldman Sachs London for over a decade in a variety of roles within the Securities Division, primarily with an Emerging Markets focus. Joined Tradeweb in 2015 as an Emerging Markets specialist. Moved to European Credit in 2018 and ran European Institutional Credit from 2020 to 2023. Now in Corporate Development, focused on Tradeweb’s inorganic growth via partnerships, mergers and acquisitions. Winner of the inaugural (2020) Markets Media European Women in Finance award for ‘Excellence in Trading Platforms’.
Active member of Tradeweb’s International Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and Global Women’s Network. Corporate advisor to the Cowrie Scholarship Foundation, a charity founded in 2020 that aims to fund 100 disadvantaged Black British students through UK universities on full scholarships over the next decade. Member of 100 Women In Finance, an affinity group which aims to help equip and encourage girls to go into finance, and to help women in finance navigate their careers.
