NEW YORK (DATE) — 100 Women in Finance (100WF) today announced the election of four new Global Association Board members: Katrina Dudley, Stephane Marchand, Carolanne Minashi and Kristin Mott. The new board members’ three-year term of service begins on January 1, 2025.
Katrina Dudley, CFA, CAIA is a Senior Vice President and Investment Strategist in the Public Market Investments Group at Franklin Templeton. Prior to her current role, Ms. Dudley was a Portfolio Manager at Franklin Mutual Advisers. Ms. Dudley has a passion for advocating for women in finance and business and is actively involved with Girls Who Invest. At Franklin Templeton, she is the Executive co-Sponsor of the Women BRG. She is the co-author, with Columbia Business School Adjunct Professor Carr of “Undiversified: The Big Gender Short in Investment Management.” Ms. Dudley is a frequent media commentator on macro and investment related topics. Within her community, Ms. Dudley is Vice-Chair of the Board of The Children’s Village and a member of the Management Advisory Committee of the NYU Michael Price Student Investment Fund.
Stephane Marchand is a Managing Director and Global Head of Prime Financial Services Sales at J.P. Morgan. Having joined the firm in 2010, Stephane is responsible for Global Prime Financial Services Sales. Prime Financial Services Sales delivers J.P. Morgan’s best-in-class capabilities across Prime Finance, Clearing, Securities Services and Capital Advisory to Hedge Funds and Alternative Asset Managers. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Stephane was Head of EMEA Prime Brokerage Sales EMEA at Nomura. Prior to Nomura he worked for six years in Prime Brokerage at Lehman Brothers, and four years in Rates Derivatives Sales at Deutsche Bank and UBS. Stephane holds a M-Eng from Imperial College (1996), and a MBA from INSEAD (2002).
Carolanne Minashi joined HSBC as Global Head of Inclusion in April 2021. She is responsible for leading the bank’s inclusion strategy enabling HSBC to deliver on its purpose of ‘opening up a world of opportunities’ for customers, colleagues, and communities. Carolanne joined HSBC from her role as Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at UBS, previously she was at Citi where she started her career. Carolanne has held leadership roles in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Employee Relations, and Health & Wellbeing. Passionate about driving real change, Carolanne is focused on fixing the system rather than fixing the people and driving impact through inclusive leaders. She combines data science with deep technical expertise and a principles-based approach to produce pragmatic strategies that work for the long term. She is a member of the Women’s Leadership Board at the Harvard Kennedy School and holds Trustee positions for Catalyst UK and the Canary Wharf Multi Faith Chaplaincy. Carolanne is currently researching the impact of the Menopause on Women in Senior Leadership positions. Outside of work, Carolanne and her husband Mark live in Hertfordshire, they have 4 children and an informally adopted 5th who is a child survivor of the Rwandan genocide. She is a member and student at the Royal School of Needlework based at Hampton Court Palace.
Kristin Mott is the Founder and Managing Partner of Amberlake Capital. She is a leader and veteran in the alternatives space having served institutional investors across hedge funds, private equity, real asset, real estate, credit and hybrid investments. She founded Amberlake Capital, an outsourced marketing and investor relations partner to emerging and established investment managers in real asset, infrastructure, credit and mission-oriented strategies. Previously she held senior investor relations and marketing roles with MC Asset Management Americas, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, Arrowhawk Capital and DKR Capital Partners. She graduated from the University of Minnesota and is a frequent speaker at industry events. She received the “Excellence in Private Equity” Award from Markets Media and is a leader with many industry organizations including 100 Women in Finance, where she previously co-chaired the Global Council and the Regional Planning Association as a Board Member and Committee Head for the Connecticut Committee. Ms. Mott is a mother of two girls and serves the Town of Westport as an elected Representative Town Meeting member and Chair of the Library and Museum Arts Committee.
