100 Women in Finance Milan, in collaboration with Wellington Management and Borsa Italiana – Euronext Group, hosted a special evening dedicated to young women considering a career in finance — bringing together students in their final years of high school and university with senior professionals for an evening of conversation on careers in the finance sector.
The session was designed to go beyond the polished version of a career in finance and offered something more valuable: candid reflections on the real opportunities, the inevitable challenges, and the personal qualities that ultimately make the difference.
Moderated by Anna Albini of Wellington Management, the panel featured four distinguished speakers who generously shared their personal journeys and lessons learned: Valentina Borini (Euronext), Chiara Calì (UniCredit), Aisling Freiheit (Wellington Management), and Lucrezia Lucotti (360 Capital). Each brought a distinct perspective, reflecting the breadth of paths that a career in finance can take.
The energy in the room was remarkable. The openness and curiosity from both the experienced professionals and the students was truly tangible, making for an exchange that felt as natural as it was meaningful.
100 Women in Finance extends its sincere thanks to all participants for their engagement, and to our speakers and partners for contributing to such an insightful and dynamic moment.
