This was the central theme of 100 Women in Finance’s latest educational event in Milan bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, and advisors for an evening of open and practical dialogue on two increasingly relevant models in the private markets landscape: Search Funds and Club Deals.
Co-hosted by PwC Italy and Eureka! Venture, this 100WF event offered participants a concrete look at how these models work in practice – how they are structured, where they fit within a private markets portfolio, and what value creation opportunities they present for family offices and private investors.
Through real-world case studies and first-hand experiences shared by the panellists, the discussion shed light on the increasingly strategic role of entrepreneurial capital in driving business growth, supporting generational transitions, and fostering innovation across the European market.
