Kelly Young, CEO of Acadian Asset Management, to receive the 2026 Americas Industry Leadership Award
Elaine Crocker, Seema R. Hingorani and Jennifer Prosek will be recognized with 25th Anniversary Awards at the 2026 New York Gala
100 Women in Finance (100WF) today announced Kelly Young, Chief Executive Officer of Acadian Asset Management, as the recipient of its 2026 Americas Industry Leadership Award. Elaine Crocker, Seema R. Hingorani and Jennifer Prosek will receive special 25th Anniversary honors recognizing their leadership, service and impact.
The four leaders will be celebrated at the 2026 New York Gala on November 3 at Cipriani 42nd Street.
Kelly Young will receive the Americas Industry Leadership Award, recognizing her outstanding leadership, professional achievements and enduring contributions to finance. Since joining Acadian Asset Management in 2009, Young has driven the firm’s global growth and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2023.
Elaine Crocker, President of Moore Capital Management, will receive the Legacy Builder Award in recognition of her longstanding leadership and service to 100 Women in Finance. Her distinguished career has made an enduring impact on the alternative investment industry and the 100WF community.
Seema R. Hingorani, Founder and Chair of Girls Who Invest, will receive the Trailblazer Award, celebrating a 100WF grant recipient whose career demonstrates the transformative impact of investing in women. Through Girls Who Invest, Hingorani has expanded pathways into investment management for the next generation.
Jennifer Prosek will receive the Champion of Change Award for her work advancing opportunities for women in finance. As Founder and Managing Partner of Prosek Partners, Prosek has expanded access, developed talent and created pathways for others to succeed.

The gala is part of 100WF’s yearlong 25 Years of Impact celebration and will bring together leaders from across the global finance community to recognize exceptional industry leadership, celebrate the organization’s legacy and look ahead to the organization’s future.
