Women at the Forefront of Finance: 25 Years Forward

Sep 20, 2026

In September, leaders from across Singapore’s financial community joined us to celebrate 100 Women in Finance’s 25th anniversary and look ahead to the opportunities we can create together. Thank you to everyone who made the evening so memorable.

Deborah Ho, Chairperson, BlackRock, joined Archana Parekh, Balyasny Asset Management L.P., for a candid conversation about navigating complex relationships, building resilience and leading through career transitions.

Lisa Johnson, Co-Founder of 100 Women in Finance Singapore and CEO of Eldridge Capital Management (Singapore), led a celebratory toast. She reflected on co-founding the Singapore chapter and the community that has grown from those early efforts.

Our panel, “Who Gets the Capital: Private Credit, AI, and the Next 25 Years of Allocation,” explored how capital allocation is changing and what that means for talent and emerging managers. Thank you to Jean Chia 谢佩华, Bank of Singapore; Sabrina Gan, CFA, CAIA, Goldman Sachs; Audrey Ng, State Street; and Janet Perumal, CFA, Wellington Management, for sharing their perspectives, and to Antoinette Eltz, Federated Hermes, for moderating.

We are grateful to our event sponsors—Federated Hermes, Goldman Sachs, Wellington Management, Bank of Singapore and State Street—for supporting the evening.

Here’s to the next 25 years of widening access, developing talent and creating more opportunities for women to thrive and lead in finance.
