We believe that we have a special opportunity to create impact – both by increasing the number of women on investment teams and in executive leadership, and by providing pathways into the finance industry for young women of all backgrounds. I’m thrilled that Ulrike and Michelle have joined the Board and will enhance our ability to fulfill our mission through their governance role.”
