About LaunchMe
LaunchMe is a global mentorship program that connects early-career professionals and students with experienced leaders in finance. Since 2022, it has engaged more than 800 participants across 17+ countries through one-on-one mentoring, group sessions, and professional development opportunities.
The program helps participants explore career possibilities, build meaningful relationships, and strengthen leadership skills — creating impact for both mentees and mentors.

Mentees
Eligibility:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students (any discipline)
- Early-career professionals (0–5 years’ experience)
- Must be a 100WF member (free one-year membership for students)

LaunchMe 2025
LaunchMe 2025 brought together 135 mentors and 164 mentees across 18 countries. Mentors represented asset management, trading, research, fintech, sustainable investing, and private equity, with experience ranging from 3 years to 20+.
Program Impact
- 92% of mentees felt more prepared for their careers (74 responses).
- 34 mentees secured internships, with 76% attributing success to LaunchMe.
- 9 in 10 participants gained essential skills and career clarity.
- 88% of mentors reported leadership growth (26 responses).
