The 100 Women in Finance Luxembourg committee brings together a dynamic group of women from Luxembourg’s vibrant finance sector. Representing diverse fields, including asset management, multinational banking, and fund services, the committee members offer a broad spectrum of expertise including sales, governance, distribution, and compliance. United by their passion to further the mission of 100 Women in Finance (100WF), they are committed to fostering a strong, supportive network that advances the organization’s goals of empowerment, education, and impactful initiatives within the Luxembourg financial community. Since 2022, the committee has been actively working to promote the mission of 100 Women in Finance in Luxembourg and has organized multiple well-attended events on diverse topics such as AI, personal branding, the challenges of succeeding in traditionally underrepresented fields including the fashion industry, offering valuable lessons that can be applied in the finance field.

Exploring Artificial Intelligence – 6 June 2024
An immersive and forward-thinking event, shedding light on the rapidly evolving field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its transformative impact on various industries. Experts discussed how AI is revolutionizing business processes, improving efficiency, and unlocking new opportunities for growth.
The ethical dimensions of AI were a key focus, with speakers addressing concerns around bias, privacy, and accountability. The event culminated in a networking session, where participants connected with like-minded professionals over refreshments. These interactions provided a platform for exchanging ideas, fostering collaborations, and broadening their understanding of AI’s potential to shape the future. Breaking the Mould – 10 May 2023
An energetic and empowering panel discussion that brought together trailblazers from diverse fields who have defied traditional gender roles to excel in their professions. The panel featured locally famed chef Léa Linster, a gold medal winner of the 1989 Bocuse d’Or, the first and to date only woman to accomplish this, as well as other impressive industry leaders who candidly shared their unique journeys, highlighting the barriers they faced and the strategies they employed to overcome them.
The discussion also touched on the importance of mentorship, self-advocacy, and resilience in fostering personal and professional growth.
The Power of Personal Branding – 7 December 2022
Giulia Iannucci, an entrepreneur and CEO of KnowThyBrand, shared her insights on the transformative power of personal branding to drive professional success.
Through practical examples and engaging storytelling, Giulia inspired participants to leverage their unique identities to achieve personal and professional goals, championing gender equality and a more inclusive and equitable future. The event left attendees motivated and equipped with tools to enhance their personal and professional presence in meaningful ways.
The Circular Economy at the Museum of Waste – 2 May 2022
