100 Women in Finance Announces New Global Association Board Members

New York, NY – Nov 16, 2021 – 100 Women in Finance (“100WF”) today announced the election of four new Global Association Board members: Sarah Dyer Dana, Wayne Lee, Lisa Petrelli, and Ulrika Robertsson. The new Board members’ first three-year term of service will begin on January 1, 2022.

100WF is a global finance industry organization dedicated to empowering women in finance. The organization is headquartered in New York and operates in 28 official global locations on five continents.

Sarah Dyer Dana is a co-founder of 100 Women in Finance and the organization’s former APAC Director and Chief Marketing Officer. Her early career spent in investment management marketing and institutional relationship management roles has been complemented by industry adjacent consulting and non-profit governance work both in the US and in Asia. A dominant theme in her professional life has been advocacy for gender equity within the financial sector. She currently serves as the chair of the New York Advisory Board of the Bangladesh-based Asian University of Women. She lives in New York and is a graduate of Colgate University.

Wayne Lee is Managing Director and Head, Europe & Asia Pacific Region. He is responsible for CIBC’s business and operations in the Europe and Asia Pacific Regions, with offices in London, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Sydney, Tokyo, Singapore, Beijing and Shanghai. Mr. Lee is a member of CIBC Capital Markets Executive Committee. In addition, Mr. Lee serves as a Director of the CIBC First Caribbean International Bank, and as a Director of the Canada-UK Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lee is also an elected Council Member of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a member of the McGill University Regional Advisory Board. He also served as Vice Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong. He is a member of the Male Allies of The Women Foundation in Hong Kong and the 100 Women in Finance, promoting and building a more diverse and gender equitable finance industry. Mr. Lee received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the McGill University (Montreal) and is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has lived and worked in Toronto, New York, Hong Kong and is now based in London.

Lisa Petrelli is a Managing Director, Country Head, Canada and Head of Global Markets, Canada at UBS. Lisa leads regulatory, operational and risk supervision and management for UBS’s investment bank (IB) in Canada and has oversight into UBS Canada Wealth Management and Asset Management divisions. Lisa is the Canada Country representative for the UBS Americas Country Risk and Operational Management Committee, the IB Americas Operational Committee and UBS’ Extended Americas Management Committee. In addition to these roles, Lisa is a Board Member of UBS Securities Canada Inc. As an active participant through her career in diversity and gender initiatives. Lisa currently serves on the Global Advisory Board Member for 100 Women in Finance and is on the Advisory Board for the Raymond Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary. Lisa is a founding member of UBS’ Women Of Investment Bank and is a member of IB’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. Lisa is a past participant on the Governing Council at the University of Toronto (UTM) and a past Women in Capital Markets Board Member. Lisa is an undergraduate from the University of Toronto, has a Master of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is a CFA charter holder and Institute of Corporate Directors designate.

Ulrika Robertsson is the co-founder of Impactus Partners, a Private Investment office and Placement Agency for Alternative Investments based in London and Switzerland. Impactus’ vision is to generate positive environmental and social impact via capital allocation where investments are used to drive change. Ulrika has over 20 years of international experience in Capital Markets, Quantitative Trading and FinTech through working for firms such as UBS and Goldman Sachs. She is passionate about gender equality and has been chairing 100WF’s Global FundWomen Week committee for the past two years. Ulrika lives in London, speaks multiple languages, and considers herself European. She holds a MSc in International Economics from Lund University, Sweden.
