100WF Milan hosted the third edition of Empowering Women’s Networks, our peer-led breakfast discussion dedicated to those leading, shaping, and developing internal women’s networks within their organizations.
Designed as an open and collaborative exchange rather than a traditional panel format, the session once again brought together a highly engaged group of participants willing to share practical experiences, lessons learned, and evolving perspectives from across industries.
The conversation explored a number of themes currently shaping workplace networks and communities, including the expectations of younger generations entering the workforce, the impact of AI on how we work and connect, and how organizations can elevate conversations around inclusion, leadership, and engagement to create more meaningful long-term impact.
Participants also exchanged ideas and best practices around sustaining momentum within networks, encouraging active participation, and demonstrating value internally in an environment where workplace dynamics continue to evolve rapidly.
What continues to make these sessions particularly valuable is the openness of the discussion and the willingness of participants to contribute candidly, creating a thoughtful and experience-driven dialogue among peers facing many of the same opportunities and challenges.
Thank you to all our participants and to Sonia Deho and SVD Consulting for hosting the session.
