The Gala was hosted last evening at London’s Victoria and Albert Museum.
Close to 300 industry professionals attended the Gala, where Beatriz Martin, Group Treasurer, UK Chief Executive & Chief Transformation Officer of UBS Group AG was presented with 100WF’s EMEA Industry Leadership Award in recognition of her achievements and leadership in the financial services industry. This Award is presented annually in recognition of exemplary professional talent, business ethics, and passion for investing that further define and advance the industry’s standards of excellence.
Also, this year, 100WF announced a new award to celebrate companies that are the leaders in innovation and positive action in the area of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Finance Industry. This year’s winner of the 100WF’s Industry EMEA DEI Award is NN Investment Partners. Amongst strong industry competition, NN Investment Partners demonstrated that through deliberate implementation of DEI policies and initiatives, they have significantly improved female representation in both senior investment and executive committee roles.
The goal of the award, sponsored by J.P. Morgan, is to recognize those organizations who are driving forward and shaping the future of women in the finance industry. The hope is to make these organization efforts and positive results more visible to other companies and individuals, inspiring others to be catalysts of change.
