Meet Ana Burgos Barcena, Celine Demonsang, Inasse Lyamiouli and Anna Rudgard who are the newest members of 100WF’s London Education Committee, co-chaired by Victoria Caro and Anna Nolan. 100WF’s London Education committee, composed of accomplished professionals with a wealth of finance industry experience, is planning an exciting range of events in London for 2025.
Ana Burgos Barcena
AVP of Finance and Operations at Blackstone Real Estate Debt European business (“BREDS”)
Ana is the pioneer of the BREDS finance and operations team in London. She works collaboratively across functions such as Investment, Asset Management, Capital Markets, Legal and Risk to develop financial and operational controls and procedures to support all stages of investments life cycle. Ana is also a member of the Women in Real Estate affiliate network at Blackstone. She promotes various initiatives which foster networking and skill development of female professionals in the RE industry.
Prior to joining BREDS, Ana worked as a Senior Associate at Castlelake for 5 years, with a focus on providing transactional support to the European Assets and Specialty Finance Investment teams. During this time, she served as the Co-chair of Employee Engagement and Community Committee, and she helped designed the charitable and wellness strategy of the company.
Ana is an ACCA certified accountant since 2020 and she has recently been selected as a member of the ACCA UK Financial Services Sector Panel for London. She has successfully completed various courses with the School of Commerce in Luxembourg.
She received her Bachelor of Modern Languages and European Studies from the University of Zaragoza and the University of Bath and a MSc in Translation Studies from the University of Cadiz.
Ana is a member of The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and 100 Women in Finance. She is also a Business Angel and she supports female-founded tech startups.
Ana has participated in several Mentorship programmes with ACCA and SEO as a Mentor to support talented undergraduates with limited social capital or industry access to pursue a career in accounting or Real Estate.
Celine Demonsang
Head of Business Development at White Creek Capital
Celine is Head of Business Development at White Creek Capital, a Long/Short Equity hedge fund manager launched in 2024. In 2019, she joined Carmignac, a $35 billion investment management firm, as a Product Specialist within the Hedge Fund team and was appointed Head of Alternatives in 2022. Celine started her career in 2011 as an Alternative Investment Analyst for Brighton House Associates, in Boston. In 2014, she became Product Specialist covering hedge fund strategies at Mellon Capital. In 2015, Celine was appointed Client Portfolio Manager at Candriam (A New York Life Investments company) in Paris to cover hedge fund strategies and later Head of Client Portfolio Management. Celine graduated from the Girard Business School with a major in Finance at Merrimack College, in Boston.
Inasse Lyamlouli
Deutsche Bank (FIC) – EMEA Capital Introduction
Inasse is part of the capital introduction team at Deutsche Bank (FIC) and focuses on the EMEA region. She is an investment professional with over ten years of experience in senior roles within the financial services industry. Her background includes hedge fund research and due diligence at family offices and Fund of hedge funds, along with investor relations and marketing roles within alternative investment firms. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of various asset classes and investment strategies, as well as an extensive network of contacts within the alternative investment space. She holds advanced degrees in finance and international management from King’s college London, Neoma business school (Rouen) and ISCAE (Casablanca). Inasse is eager to contribute her extensive knowledge, network, and insights to the 100 Women in Finance Education Committee, supporting its mission.
Anna Rudgard
Principal and Sustainable Investing Research Analyst at Brown Advisory
Anna is a Principal and Sustainable Investing Research Analyst at Brown Advisory where she is responsible for the integration of sustainable investment considerations across Brown Advisory’s global and US institutional fixed income platform. Prior to joining the firm, Anna was a senior consultant and global lead for fixed income ESG fund research at Aon where she designed sustainable and impact investment strategies for clients across the UK, Europe, and the US. Anna started her career working for a social enterprise that seeks to address socioeconomic inequality in the U.K. through education. She holds CFA’s Sustainable Investing Certificate and CFA UK’s Certificate in Impact Investing.
