Meet Emilie Fleury Caduc and Amira Demming, co-chairs of 100 Women in Finance’s Paris committee. These accomplished professionals lead a committee of active volunteers who bring a wealth of experience and expertise to their roles and are contributing to positive change in the industry with dedication and innovation.

Emilie Fleury-Caduc is Chief Investment Officer at Justae Gestion Privée, a Paris-based multi-family office, where she oversees investment strategy and asset allocation across both public and private markets for high-net-worth families. She began her career in London at Morningstar Investment Management, before joining Arvella Investments, where she was a founding partner and served as Deputy COO and Portfolio Manager for nearly six years, advising ultra-high-net-worth clients. She later joined Greenly as Head of Sustainable Finance, further developing her expertise at the intersection of investment, sustainability and long-term value creation. Throughout her career, Emilie has been actively involved in initiatives supporting greater diversity and representation within the financial industry. She joined 100 Women in Finance in 2020 and has been a member of the Paris Committee since 2021. In April 2026, she was appointed Co-Chair of the 100 Women in Finance Paris Committee. Alongside her investment responsibilities, Emilie regularly contributes to industry discussions on asset allocation, private markets, portfolio construction and financial education. She is particularly passionate about helping women build greater financial confidence and independence through investment and education.

Amira Demming is a Project Leader in Private Debt, Strategy & Business Development at AEW. She brings over 17 years of experience in banking and asset management, with expertise spanning strategy, business development and transformation. Prior to joining AEW, she held several roles across Natixis Investment Managers, Natixis CIB and Ostrum Asset Management, leading strategic and cross-functional initiatives. Alongside her professional career, Amira has been actively involved in advancing women in finance for many years. She previously held leadership positions within WINN, Natixis’ international women’s network, and represents Groupe BPCE within Financi’Elles, the French federation of women’s networks across the banking and insurance sectors. She currently serves as Paris Co-Chair of 100 Women in Finance, contributing to the organization’s community, partnerships and strategic initiatives in France.

Together with the Paris committee, Emilie and Amira carry forward what 100 Women In Finance stands for: strengthening our industry by empowering women to reach their full professional potential, at every career stage – through education, peer engagement and impact.
