Ashlesha Vaishampayan
Vice President at T. Rowe Price Singapore
Ashlesha is a Vice President at T. Rowe Price Singapore and leads the firm’s consultant relations efforts in Asia and the Middle East.
She joined T. Rowe Price from Russell Investments in 2019, where she was a Senior Manager for Russell’s UK Institutional business. She started her asset management career in 2013 in London at Schroders on their graduate scheme.
Ashlesha is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, holds an honours degree in Classics from King’s College London, and was featured as #7 in the Financial Times’ ’50 Female Future Leaders’ list in 2018.
She co-chairs 100 Women in Finance’s Singapore location, mentors 4 female undergraduates and is a committee member of the CFA Institute’s DEI Working Group for Singapore. She has also obtained the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking and an energetic spin class.
