Kathryn is Co-Founder, Head of Investments and Sustainability, and a Portfolio Manager for RadiantESG, a women-led and diverse-owned asset management firm focused on a next-generation approach to ESG and impact investing in public equities. Radiant brings extensive industry experience to the goal of delivering outperforming investment strategies through the use of sophisticated evaluation of ESG considerations, rigorous fundamental analysis, and the latest techniques in data and technology. Prior to establishing RadiantESG, Kathryn was a 20-year veteran and Head of Sustainable Investing at Rosenberg Equities, leading the firm’s ESG and impact research effort with a heavy focus on investment modeling, data vetting, thematic research, and externally oriented thought leadership. Previously, Kathryn held several other investment and research-focused positions including Head of Investments for Australia/New Zealand. Throughout her career Kathryn has demonstrated her strong belief that capital markets can and must drive changes beneficial to investors and to society at large.

Kathryn holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from Willamette University and a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management. She is the founder of Aquanos Collective, a company dedicated to the exploration of innovation in water infrastructure and technology, a board member of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA), and a member of the Bretton Woods Committee.
