Rebecca O’Dwyer

Rebecca joined M&G Investments in 2015 and works as Deputy Portfolio Manager and a Senior Originator in the Direct Lending team. Her focus is on originating, executing and ongoing management of mid-market direct lending investments in the UK and Northern Europe.
Prior to joining M&G, Rebecca worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland in their Mid-Market Leveraged Finance team, structuring debt packages for UK Sponsor backed and non-Sponsor backed corporates across a variety of sectors. Before that, she completed the RBS Corporate Banking Graduate programme.
Rebecca is passionate about increasing diversity in the financial sector and has been a 100WF registered member and volunteer with the 100WF London Gala committee since 2018, and has been involved with Urban Synergy since 2021.
