On 8 February 2024, more than 40 members and guests of 100 Women in Finance (100WF) and BlackRock’s Women Initiative Network (WIN) came together at BlackRock’s Milan offices to hear from some of the most exciting female talent in private equity: Silvana Chilelli (Eurizon Capital Real Assets), Anna Gervasoni (AIFI), and Nathalie Von Niederhaeusern (BlackRock), moderated by Fabio Laricchia (BlackRock).
The panel shared the latest trends and opportunities for Italian and global general partners and limited partners, advice on how to succeed in private equity and speculation on how artificial intelligence might shape future investment opportunities.
