Are you interested in the finance industry but unsure where to begin? Have you often wished that you had someone to help you navigate the many opportunities that exist? Or do you perhaps already have extensive knowledge of the industry but are looking to expand your network?
LaunchMe, by 100 Women in Finance, is a program designed just for you. Through a mentor-mentee connection with one of our global members – someone who is already working full-time in the industry – you will gain perspective on various roles within the industry and explore ways to expand your professional network. LaunchMe participants also become part of a 100 Women in Finance exclusive list of qualified candidates for employers to evaluate for summer and full time employment opportunities.
In addition to being a positive guiding force, your mentor can provide guidance and perspectives on essential career skills, industry insight resources, and career planning. Webinars will be held to gain insights from industry professionals on leadership, self development, and championing for others.

The structured program begins April 4, 2022 and runs for one year. Of course, your relationship with your sponsor should expand well beyond the structured dates of the program.
