As part of the International Women`s day celebration, Marmot Finance hosted 100 Women in Finance (100WF)’s session on Female Entrepreneurship and Investing on 16 March 2023 in Zurich.
Serial entrepreneur and Tech Investor Anat Bar-Gera, serial entrepreneur Sara Hürlimann, and startup investor and Partner of Arieli Capital, Marina Nitsa Viergutz, CFA, CAIA, discussed their journeys and their secret sauce for starting and running a successful business. They explained how they translate their entrepreneurial experience into investing, and provided advice for aspiring female business owners and investors.
100WF Zurich Committee Chair, Alysa Kodisch, shared opening remarks on the importance of upholding women’s achievements and highlighted the actions needed to support and empower women. Co-founders of Marmot Finance, Wai Sze Samantha Wong and Tom Kümmeke, emphasized that the path to success lies in collaboration and diversity, regardless of gender, age, background, and ethnicity. We are all in it together!
The event concluded with an engaging networking reception with a community of supportive and inspiring women and men.
