Jean discusses her rise in the Bio-Pharmaceutical financial industry starting as Executive Assistant, then becoming a Health Care Fund Manager and now the first woman ever appointed CEO at Wellington Management. She provides insight on the direction of what she calls the ‘Biotech Revolution’ and how innovations in healthcare are investable. In addition, Jean recognizes the importance that visibility of successful female role models with a voice have in helping future generations of young women find positions and receive the support they need in the finance industry.
