Ninth Annual Early Career Global Compensation Survey
100WF invites Early Career members and industry peers to participate in the ninth annual 100 Women in Finance Early Career Global Compensation Survey. The submission deadline is Friday, October 20, 2023.
We created this survey in an effort to provide greater compensation transparency and to offer industry specific information that we hope will assist in negotiating for compensation that you feel adequately values your work. Finance industry professionals with 0-10 years of work experience are invited to participate. Find out more about 100WF Early Career here.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and is open to members and non-members (male and female) in the first decade of their finance careers. Similarly to past years, the survey is completely anonymous.
