Conrad Goldstein
Co-founder and CEO of Gold & Aron Conseil, and 100WF Global Angel Member

Conrad is the co-founder and CEO of Gold & Aron Conseil, an executive search company focused on the financial services and technology industries in the United States, Europe and Latin America. Previously Conrad worked for 7 years at Alphabet, including working on strategy & operations for Loon (mission was to provide Internet access to remote areas via self driving high-altitude balloons which operated in the stratosphere) and leading partnerships with top US Banks, Telcos and global phone manufacturers while at the Google Pay team. Prior to that, Conrad worked at a Brazilian private equity fund where he led new deals and served as board member and business development director of portfolio companies. Conrad has a bachelor’s in economics from Insper Business School and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Personal note: Born in Brazil, raised by a single mom (big source of inspiration to him) Conrad is passionate about gender equity, recruiting, tech, finance and martial arts (Brazilian Champion of Taekwondo at the age of 15). Conrad moved to Florida 3 years ago with his wife and two kids after almost 7 years in San Francisco. He recently joined 100 Women in finance as a member, global angel and his company, Gold & Aron Conseil, became the first recruiting firm to become a corporate sponsor of the group.
